EQLabs is a Lab AI company for life sciences, building AI-native lab infrastructure through its own agents connected to the broader ecosystem of tools labs already use.
Our mission is to give every lab an AI it can trust, without adding friction to the work itself.
We believe the next generation of AI must be both high-IQ and high-EQ.
IQ is the ability to reason over science by analyzing data, connecting results across runs and remembering what worked. EQ is the ability to work alongside people by understanding what they are trying to do, knowing when to step in and when to stay out of the way, and earning trust one run at a time.
